4 boneless Pork Chops
*The natural cured meats have very little salt. Please keep that in mind when ordering. Each butcher has their own recipe and we discovered this one doesn’t have as much salt as most people are used to in a cured meats. It’s easy to add a little on top after cooking if that is preferred.
The quality of the meat is still excellent, and with it being a natural cure using celery powder, it is much healthier than the chemical alternative cure sold in stores.
